Psalm
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my paths. I have sworn and I am determined to keep the judgments of your justice. I have been humbled, O Lord, exceedingly. Revive me according to your word. Make the voluntary offerings of my mouth well pleasing, O Lord, and teach me your judgments.
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

R. Lord, hear our prayer.
Where we have already failed this day, give a way to begin again before evening, without a speech.
R. Lord, hear our prayer.
Our Father
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Closing prayer
God of strength, the morning zeal has thinned. Steady our will, cool our impatience, and keep us kind until the work is done. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
