The five mysteries
1. The Resurrection
Christ is risen; death is conquered and hope is made sure.
Fruit: Faith · Matthew 28:1–10
2. The Ascension
Jesus returns to the Father and opens heaven for us.
Fruit: Hope · Acts 1:6–11
3. The Descent of the Holy Spirit
At Pentecost the Spirit fills the Church with courage and love.
Fruit: Love of God · Acts 2:1–4
4. The Assumption
Mary is taken body and soul into heaven — the first fruits of the resurrection.
Fruit: Grace of a happy death · Revelation 12:1
5. The Coronation of Mary
The Mother of God is crowned Queen of Heaven and earth.
Fruit: Trust in Mary’s intercession · Revelation 12:1
